![]() ![]() That's why this was the game that needed the upgrade in lighting. ![]() Since it's less stylsed than Wind Waker it needs a bit more than a resolution bomb to bring out it's art direction. Remember trying to tax the game by going into Hyrule field with a flock of the flying enemies every where, using explosive arrows and rotating the camera around. Very fast load times for a game of that scale. Hyrule Field can be traversed from edge to edge with no load times. Massive draw distances with minimal pop in. It had some really neat "Global" lighting tricks, with shifting shadows casting from the land masses. The issue is just that it was doing things that people don't know how to apreciate: ![]() Technically speaking more than Wind Waker.
